Refund Policy

100 Day Return Policy

Duravo has a 100-Day return policy that allows you to make sure you are fully comfortable with the product.  If you decide that it is not the product for you, for whatever reason, send it back to us within 100 days of placing your order and we'll reimburse you.  The product must be unused in its original condition accompanied by the original packaging. 

Returns for defects or warranty items is addressed by our Warranty Policy

We do not offer refunds for expedited shipping fees; you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order. Please note all returns must be shipped in its original packaging, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging through the trial period.

Requests for Return should be sent to support@duravo.com along with the original order number.  Instruction for return will follow.   Free returns are only possible from the continental United States.   Returns from outside the continental US will be subject to shipping charges.  Refunds may take up to three weeks to issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
