Duravo’s Unique Flexshell™ Technology
Battle tested tough. Duravo products are made of composite polymer technology adapted from ballistics material made in Germany.

Expands to carry more
Sometimes we all need a bit more space. And when we're traveling, that means the ability to pack more and travel longer.
With a simple zip, Duravo's carry-on expands from 37 L to 46 L, and with it the room to add items otherwise left behind. And at barely 5 pounds--the lightest in its class--and easy-glide wheels, it's a breeze to travel with.
Charge on the Go
With USB access built into the suitcase, complemented by an interior storage pocket, it's easy to charge phones without needing to open the suitcase. And it works with any USB battery/powerbank
Lightest in its class
At only 5 pounds, Duravo is 3 to 5 pounds lighter than carry-on luggage made with current materials, thanks in large part to its Flexshell material.
Organize better, pack more
Featuring premium materials and wealth of pockets and compartments, Duravo provides intuitive organization and room for an astonishing number of items. And with its strong Flexshell exterior, no need to worry about an exploding suitcase.
Always know where your luggage is
With a hidden sleeve for storing an Airtag® or Tile®, it's easy to keep track of luggage without the tracker falling out--or falling into the wrong hands.

Complete the look
I just completed my first trip with my new Duravo suitcase. I selected it for its light weight (leaving the kilos to go inside the bag), organizational design and measurements (international carry on). It was a tough challenge. I traveled 2 1/2 weeks in Spain. My packing list including cycling shoes, cycling pedals, thigh high boots (a girl has to look good on and off the bike), running shoes, 1/2 a yoga mat, clothes, and more. This bag held it all (not expanded) and stayed under the 10 kg weight limit. This is my first 4 wheel bag. It was quick to learn the rolling technique on 4 wheels. The wheels seem to prefer a diagonal relationship to the suitcase while moving. I have not used it with the extension zipper open. It seems that this will add space between the two halfs of the bag. This space is probably best used with compression cubes to keep this organized. For this trip, I packed my folded 1/2 yoga mat between to two halves and it fit perfectly. I highly recommend this bag! I never want to check a suitcase. Ever. I just found the perfect suitcase! My total research time before hitting "purchase" was in excess of 20 hours. So, stop your research and just hit "purchase". You won't be sorry!
We got our new luggage and were impressed with its weight, comfortable handles and sturdy construction.
When packing for a two week European trip it fit all I needed along with my travel backpack.
When running to catch our flight the spinner wheels easily glided through the airport without a skipped beat.
Even overstuffed, the zippers closed with ease.
BLUF: I love this bag. Converted me from top loading 2-wheeler (23") and enabled me to stay below the 22lb (10kg) international limit. A few improvements would make it perfect. If you are debating it, just get it. You won't be sorry.
First Use: 3.5 weeks out of country with only this and a personal item for 3 different temp ranges (highs of 75F, 60F, 45F). It is also my first clamshell style and also first 4-wheel spinner case. After weeks of research, I ordered this because nothing else has both a side handle and expansion while being so lightweight (under 6 lbs.) I expanded it on the way home to accommodate purchases and it came out only slightly scuffed in a couple spots. I was skeptical of the clamshell having loved my top entry 2-wheeled carry-on for decades. This bag is my new favorite! The zip closed half functions like a compression cube containing my clothes and the shell material flexes slightly which helped squeeze in some odd-shaped items on the other side. The small pockets on the divider panel and compression straps were helpful.
Suggested Improvements: 1) Shorten or eliminate the middle pocket along the spine as any items in it fall to the bottom of the bag impacting the packing space and also makes them hard to get to once the bag is packed. It went unused for me. 2) Extend the compression straps as they are hard to grasp especially when bag is expanded. 3) Make the compression panels more flexible as don't stay open to enable packing. I could tuck them under but they would flip back. 4) Extend the pocket on the zippered divider to the entire divider. This could be done by adding a strip of fabric making both sides of the zipper on top of the pocket instead of one side being sewn down.
Buddy2Bunnies, thanks for this review! Yes, Duravo's light weight really helps, especially with international travel! To address your suggested improvements: 1) most folks use this pocket to seperate used clothes so it starts off empty at the beginning of the trip. 2) yes, this is a good suggestion and we will implement, 3) yes, we have implemented this along with removable clips on the new, soon-to-be-released Expandable Check-in Large! 4) also a great suggestion that will be on the Check-in. We will need to include it when we update the Carry-on. Thanks again!
Great carryon! Super lightweight!
This suitcase is so wonderful! Just got back from my 4th flight with it. Have rolled it over New York streets, up and down subway stairs, thrown into the cargo of a charter bus, slid into airplane overhead bins, tossed into car trunks. Yet it looks brand new, not even one teeny scratch, just immaculate. I have the bronze color & it is very beautiful (really stands out; and also, since it's not standard black, it is very easy to find!). The hardshell material is just amazing: so durable!
No one is saying it, but the telescoping pull handle (used for wheeling it) is BY FAR the best suitcase handle I have ever had. The handle is very sturdy yet so slim, it is telescopes up incredibly smoothly. Trust me, if you have ever had to pull a suitcase with a janky or flimsy handle, you will appreciate how excellent this telescoping handle is! Okay, and the wheels are also super smooth and responsive. This thing is a delight to move through the airport or to wheel down sidewalks!
I also appreciate how well thought out the interior is. The compression straps are well designed and have these plates attached to the interior straps that separate your clothing & protect it. There are handy zipped netted areas, and other well thought out little details. I also like that the exterior zippers lock but are super easy to pop open when needed.
However, the reason I got this Duravo was for the fact it is lower in weight than any other similar suitcase. Trust me, you think 1 pound or 1.5 pounds lighter can't make a difference. Oh, but it can!! I am older and not so strong in my upper body. The light weight of this suitcase means I am able independently to haul it up to the overhead bin when flying. This is very freeing, to not have to ask fellow passengers to get my suitcase, to not worry about whether I will be able to lift it up or get it down. I can enjoy flights so much more now. That lighter weight is a GAME CHANGER for me. I urge you to get this suitcase and see how wonderful it is to have a lighter weight yet super strong option!
As stated in my review title...I was just back from another vacation last night, and on the drive home from the airport, as my mind wandered, it occurred to me that my Duravo suitcase is, I think, the favorite thing I own. I know that's weird, a suitcase! But really, I just love it so. Ranked above a favorite cozy blanket or favorite shoes or even a favorite book. I just love this suitcase so much. I am appreciative that this suitcase is so high quality that I am able to really enjoy my travels and build memories with family!
I am so thankful to the company founders for using their technology know-how to create such an amazing suitcase material, and also for putting such care into the design of every small detail. So nice to know there are still companies that take the time and care to make a truly high quality product.
