Love the brand

This luggage is awesome. I got the black/carbon version. I already have the international carry on in black/ carbon and absolutely love it also. I usually travel with that and the Venture Full backpack for week long trips but for longer winter trips I needed a wheeled bag a bit bigger than the international carry on. For shorter trips than a week I wanted a bag that I could access my passport without having to open the entire bag and not bring a backpack. This bag checked all of the boxes. It holds plenty and with the front pocket I only need a single bag with no backpack. I made the mistake of taking my international carry on by itself on a trip. What a hassle trying to access my passport. I had to open the entire suitcase every time.

This bag looks fantastic and rolls like a dream. I took it through 9 different airports, 3 Euro rail trips and countless European cobbled streets and it was so smooth and easy to maneuver. The wheels just glide. I also really do love the soft grab handles. They feel great.

My only issue is with the zippers. Although they are very high quality and beautiful, the design of the zipper pulls make it awkward to zip. The zippers work just fine but the design of the pulls is odd. That said, the bag is so good that it is easy to ignore. This bag deserves a 5 star because it has so many great qualities that far outshine a small issue with the zippers.

I would give it 5 stars, but am disappointed that this one does NOT have the exterior charging port! That was one major reason I chose this brand. My husband and I have used this carry-on once each for a 4-day trip and are impressed on how much it fits!

Total redemption!

I reviewed my experience previously, a 2 star review. That was because I received a request to review before I received the luggage. Customer service immediately responded, and their reply was on point. When the luggage did arrive it was too small for my needs. Again customer service replied to offer an exchange for the brand new external pocket large carryon. I took them up on this, and the exchange process was excellently executed.

The luggage is beautiful, the wheels are primo, the way the extending handle attaches it superior. The zipper pulls are a little wonky, making them harder to use than other luggage. Definitely this is a weight champion, and worth the money.
